1. The service
100 Yosh is a free app developed by ALLTEN. It provides a daily plan for your age and sex, preventive check-up reminders and a roadmap to age 100.
2. Not medical advice
- Information in the app and on the website is general health guidance, not a doctor's advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- The app does not recommend medicines or doses.
- Talk to your doctor before starting new exercise, changing your diet or deciding about check-ups — especially if you have a chronic condition, are pregnant or have symptoms.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
3. Your account
- You sign in with an Apple or Google account. You are responsible for the security of your device and your Apple/Google account.
- The app is intended for users aged 16 and over.
- Please enter accurate data — your plan is based on your birth date and sex.
4. Acceptable use
The app is for personal, non-commercial use. Interfering with the service, attempting unauthorised access to the server, sending automated bulk requests or reselling the app is prohibited.
5. Your data
Your data is handled according to our Privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time in the app via Profile → Delete account.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, texts and the name "100 Yosh" belong to ALLTEN. Copying or distributing the content without permission is not allowed.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and error-free but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, ALLTEN is not liable for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of the app's guidance.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms — the new version will be published on this page with its date. If you do not agree, stop using the app and delete your account.
